Restoration and rejuvenation of facial skin using plasma lifting, reviews, photos before and after sessions. Plasmolifting: rejuvenation without “chemistry” Is it possible to do plasmolifting after alcohol

Plasmolifting, unlike most other anti-aging procedures, involves the subcutaneous administration of not synthesized drugs, but the patient’s own blood plasma enriched with platelets. Platelets have the ability not only to increase blood clotting, but also to accelerate healing processes. The biostimulating properties of plasma injected subcutaneously into the problem area of the skin are due to an increase in the concentration of growth factors produced by platelets. This promotes:

  • active formation of young skin cells;
  • stimulation of metabolic processes;
  • the appearance of new blood vessels;
  • synthesis of new collagen and elastin molecules by fibroblasts.

Plasmolifting is not recommended for people under twenty-five years of age. The procedures are an excellent prevention of the appearance of signs of aging and serve to effectively correct existing ones. Plasmolifting is recommended for:

  • eliminating facial wrinkles;
  • smoothing deep skin folds;
  • restoration of a clear oval face;
  • return of healthy skin color;
  • fight acne;
  • fight against stretch marks;
  • accelerating recovery after laser peeling;
  • reducing hair loss;
  • stimulation of hair growth.

Contraindications

Since plasma lifting in cosmetology is based on working with plasma, the procedure is not recommended for people with reduced coagulability, infectious and viral blood diseases. You should not resort to injections during periods of exacerbation of existing chronic diseases, or in the presence of oncology. The procedure is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.

Plasmolifting: Pros and Cons

The benefits of platelet-rich plasma were first discussed at the end of the last century, and Russian scientists became pioneers in this field. The technique quickly took a leading position in many branches of medicine and was recognized as one of the safest and most effective forms of autoplasma therapy.

What is the advantage of PRP technology? Obviously, in its versatility. So, let's look at all the pros of the procedure.

Platelet-rich blood plasma is used to treat many diseases, including gynecological ones - uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, vaginitis, vulvar kraurosis. In this case, all possible complications of an inflammatory, allergic or immune nature are reduced to almost zero.

In traumatology, plasma lifting allows you to cope without pain and surgical intervention with arthritis and arthrosis of the knee joint, and osteochondrosis of the spine. The use of PRP in dentistry helps restore the structure of the gums, alleviate periodontal disease and eliminate bad breath.

Plasma therapy also plays a huge role in cosmetology. Indications for its use are age-related changes, rosacea, laxity of the skin of the face and neck after sudden weight loss, photoaging, cellulite. The technique allows you to painlessly remove a protruding belly and reduce fat deposits. PRP lifting is also suitable for combating hair loss.

As for the disadvantages of PRP technology, they, unfortunately, do exist. The disadvantages include:

  • traumatic;
  • possible activation of the herpes virus;
  • risk of complications and adverse reactions;
  • high price;
  • fragility of the result.

Often, when speaking against plasma lifting, women talk about the painfulness of the manipulation, although much here depends on the individual characteristics of the patient.

What result should you expect?

Sometimes a positive result is noticeable after the first procedure. Most often, a noticeable rejuvenating effect appears after the third or fourth session. The result of plasma lifting is quite long-term – up to two years. To consolidate the effect, it is recommended to carry out a preventive procedure once every six months. The full course can be repeated after ten to twelve months.

After the full course, the number of fine wrinkles is significantly reduced, and the severity of deep folds is reduced. The face acquires a healthy color, inflammatory processes on the skin are eliminated. Remarkable results are observed after plasma lifting for hair - hair loss stops and hair thickness is restored when thinning.

First of all, the patient should carefully choose a clinic and a specialist performing the procedure. Failure to comply with basic sanitation rules can lead to infection and subsequent inflammation. An even more serious danger is the risk of infection when using reusable equipment. Before the procedure, it is recommended to check the availability of a license to perform plasma lifting and ask for patient reviews.

During the procedure, the patient sits comfortably on a couch. The blood collection site is thoroughly disinfected. The doctor takes blood (no more than 20 ml), and then places it in a special centrifuge. The device separates the liquid into different fractions. The procedure uses platelet-rich plasma. It is injected subcutaneously using thin needles.

Two days before the session, you should limit your intake of difficult-to-digest foods and increase the volume of fluid you take. It is recommended to stop taking medications that thin the blood. The procedure should be performed on an empty stomach, so if you have difficulty withstanding hunger, it is better to conduct sessions in the morning.

After the session, you must avoid being in direct sunlight for the first days; you should not visit the sauna or swimming pool.

What to look for when choosing a clinic

PRP lifting is, first of all, a medical procedure associated with the use of biomaterial, so it should be carried out in a specialized clinic, and not in a beauty salon. A competent choice of a medical institution will help to avoid many complications in the future.

What to pay attention to:

  • availability of certificates permitting medical activities and plasma lifting;
  • confirmation to work with biological materials;
  • training of doctors (higher education and a specialist certificate are required);
  • technical equipment of the clinic;
  • compliance with aseptic and antiseptic requirements.

A competent cosmetologist should first of all refer you for a medical examination, consisting of a small preoperative list: biochemistry and general blood test, tests for hepatitis, HIV and other infectious diseases.

When you come for a preliminary consultation, do not forget to mention any troubling conditions: chronic pathologies, the presence of viral and fungal infections, a tendency to allergies, taking antibiotics and blood thinners. A qualified doctor will take into account all contraindications and save you from unpleasant consequences.

Popular questions and answers

The number of plasma lifting procedures depends on the age and individual characteristics of the skin. The effect after plasma lifting lasts for a long time, but to consolidate the effect, it is recommended to repeat the procedure. Contact your cosmetologist for advice.

There is no direct ban on alcohol consumption during the plasma lifting procedure. Alcohol, like smoking, negatively affects our skin and the entire body as a whole, but remains entirely at your discretion.

Plasmolifting is one of the names of PRP therapy. There are other synonyms for plasmolifting: neoplasmamodeling ACR, autologous cellular rejuvenation, plasmaplasty, plasma therapy. Regardless of the name, the essence of the method is based on the introduction of the patient's blood plasma, rich in platelets.

Despite the fact that plasma lifting uses only the patient’s own blood, the procedure is quite expensive. This is explained by the need to use special equipment for the procedure. The cost of one session starts from 3,000 rubles and depends on the size of the problem area.

Plasmolifting is based on “self-rejuvenation” of the skin caused by the body’s own reserves. The advantages of the technique are hypoallergenicity and long-lasting effect. Plasmolifting has a positive effect on the condition of the skin in several directions at once and provides natural rejuvenation.

In what cases is the procedure ineffective?

When choosing among many other injection methods of rejuvenation, pay attention to the advantages of plasma lifting:

  • Naturalness of the method. The patient's own blood will be accepted by the body without any complications, since there are no chemicals or additives inside.
  • Safety. A small amount of blood is taken from the patient, which is not capable of causing harm to health.
  • The percentage of development of allergic reactions is minimal. After the procedure there is no risk of acquiring scars or scars.

The disadvantages of such rejuvenation are the high cost of the procedure, the possibility of developing allergies to anticoagulants or metal needles and syringes that are inserted under the skin. However, such a risk also exists in other needle techniques. There is also a danger of contracting viral infections if the salon neglects the rules for using syringes and tubes and uses them several times.

To the list of tips

There are many adverse reactions and complications that are kept silent even in reputable clinics, explaining this by the fact that annoying symptoms are individual and not observed in everyone. However, this cannot serve as an excuse for hushing up unpleasant facts.

The most common side effects are:

  1. An allergic reaction to a substance that is injected into the plasma and prevents clotting. The injection site turns red, swells and begins to itch.
  2. The appearance of bruises and lumps.
  3. Blood pressure surges.
  4. Pain during the administration of PRP.

The occurrence of hematomas and edema indicates a low qualification of the doctor or a violation of the procedure technology. These phenomena do not pose a danger to the body and go away on their own after 2–3 days. It is much more unpleasant to see herpetic rashes, but this is also fixable - take a course of Acyclovir according to the instructions and follow the hygiene requirements.

Cosmetologists advise eliminating alcohol from the diet 2-3 days before the procedure, not eating fried and fatty foods, and sweets. The diet should be varied and healthy, you should drink more - you can drink 2–2.5 liters of liquid per day.

All this will help improve blood counts and maintain platelet activity, as well as avoid bruising. And don’t come to plasma lifting hungry - the diet can cause fainting during blood sampling. In addition, PRP lifting is contraindicated in case of a runny nose, cold or fever. These symptoms cause excessive bleeding and swelling.

Plasmolifting does not always give the desired effect. This also happens - a woman prepared, followed all the doctor’s instructions, did not drink alcohol and ate properly, but the wrinkles and folds remained in place, the skin did not tighten. When might this happen?

Often, unscrupulous cosmetologists impose an unnecessary procedure, promising an excellent effect that is impossible to obtain in principle. As a rule, there is no benefit from plasma lifting in cases of deep age-related folds and wrinkles, severe ptosis, senile sagging and skin pigmentation.

Often, women themselves, being elderly and having read reviews, demand plasma lifting, not paying attention to the entreaties of cosmetologists. Such ladies can be advised to look at things realistically - after 45 years, PRP therapy is ineffective. The wrinkles will probably decrease somewhat, but will not disappear completely.

  • Viral hepatitis.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding period.
  • Blood diseases (anemia).
  • Diabetes.
  • Oncological and psychological diseases.
  • Inflammatory processes of the skin (viral or bacterial).
  • Immunosuppressive state.
  • Increased body temperature (fever).
  • Autoimmune diseases.
  • Menstrual cycle.
  • Hemoglobin and fibrinogen levels are below normal.
  • Acute chronic diseases.

Thanks to a rather complex and at the same time practically painless procedure, every woman can receive the effect of rejuvenation in a relatively short time. The face is rejuvenated by eliminating swelling around the eyes, smoothing out small scars and scars, stretch marks after losing weight. Visually, a woman’s face becomes smooth and velvety.

To achieve and maintain the full effect, you can apply some additional procedures:

  • Biorevitalization.
  • Bioreinforcement.
  • Photothermolysis.
  • Laser hyaluronoplasty.

Every patient should remember that plasma lifting is not able to completely rejuvenate facial skin. Its ability to rejuvenate affects cells for a year to two, and after that the procedure must be repeated.

Approaching plasma lifting from the point of view of patients - 95% are completely satisfied with the result, while the rest simply do not notice any changes. Considering the percentage ratio, we can note the fact that the plasma lifting procedure works.

Is it possible to drink alcohol before and after plasma lifting?

Those who have performed PRP therapy are lucky - the recovery after it is very short. After just an hour, the injection marks become invisible, but do not rush to return to your daily routine. Give your body at least a day to recover.

What is prohibited to do in the first 24 hours after the procedure:

  • wet the injection sites with water, wash with soap or gel, rub the skin;
  • use cosmetics, smear creams on your face, apply masks;
  • visit a bathhouse, sauna or swimming pool;
  • exercise;
  • sunbathe, go to the solarium or to the beach.

After plasma injections, refrain from walking without sunscreen. If it's hot and your face is sweating a lot, blot your forehead and cheeks with a moisturizing wipe containing anti-inflammatory ingredients. Now your main task is not to introduce infection into the treatment area.

After undergoing body plasma therapy, refrain from fitness, going to the bathhouse or sauna, and do not pull the injection sites with a tight belt or underwear. How long does the restriction period last? Since the treatment area on the body is usually larger than on the face, you should take care longer - at least 3 days.

Following these recommendations will help avoid adverse reactions and protect against complications. And one more piece of advice - before PRP lifting, check how you can contact a dermatologist if necessary. And don't hesitate to call if you have questions or doubts.

Plasmolifting is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure to restore facial skin using plasma isolated from the patient’s blood taken in advance. Red blood cells (platelets) are isolated from the blood, which are then injected into problem areas of the skin, most often to restore and rejuvenate cells.

Plasmolifting allows you to remove defects on the skin without surgical intervention and improve the appearance of problem areas. The method is considered natural and as safe as possible, since the procedure uses platelet-rich blood plasma from the patient himself. This reduces the chances of complications or negative reactions of the body to almost zero. For the best results, it is advisable to follow the recommendations of your doctor or cosmetologist for several days before and after the procedures.

In cosmetology, the technique is used to rejuvenate the skin:

  • On the face;
  • In the bikini area;
  • On the neck;
  • In other open areas or problem areas.

The procedure helps the skin equally well in any place. This allows the use of plasma lifting technologies not only in cosmetology, but also in medicine.

Platelet-rich plasma almost immediately begins to have a beneficial effect on the skin and stimulate cell healing. Growth factors begin to be released - proteins responsible for cell division in the human body.

Enriched plasma quickly starts regeneration processes:

  1. Collagen production increases.
  2. Active growth of stem cells occurs.
  3. Elastin, hyaluronic acid and fibroblasts are produced.

With all this, metabolic processes are accelerated, accelerated metabolism leads to the rapid renewal of cells into young and healthy ones. Substances produced by the body act as building materials for new cells. All together this leads to a quick visible effect, rejuvenation and renewal of the skin.

The advantages of the procedure are safety and naturalness, an extremely low chance of developing complications and allergic reactions. At the same time, during the first few days the body will still react to the injections, including due to the ongoing processes of regeneration and restoration of the skin.

Within 3-7 days after plasma lifting, the following consequences are possible:

  • Redness and swelling of the skin in and around the injection sites.
  • A slight inflammation that goes away every day.
  • Bruises and hematomas are small in size and intensity.

To avoid complications from plasma lifting you should:

  1. Do not drink alcohol 3-4 days before and after the procedure.
  2. 3 days before the procedure, stop taking medications that reduce blood clotting.
  3. Avoid saunas and baths for 3-4 days after the procedure.
  4. 4 hours before plasma lifting you should not eat anything and drink less.

To reduce the risk of side effects, several tests are prescribed before the procedures: a general and biochemical blood test, as well as testing for the presence of HIV, AIDS and viral hepatitis.

It is very important to completely abstain from alcoholic beverages both a few days before the procedure (or better yet, before taking tests) and for a few days after the injections until permission is received from the doctor or cosmetologist.

Drinking alcohol before and after plasma lifting can negatively affect the results:

  • Inflammatory processes. Ethyl alcohol and its breakdown products intensify inflammatory processes, increase swelling and redness.
  • Decreased metabolism. The destruction of cells due to the chemical effects of ethanol prevents them from dividing normally and functioning fully, and the effectiveness of the procedure is reduced.
  • Decreased immunity. Alcohol lowers immunity, which increases the chance of infections and the development of inflammation at the injection site.

Other negative reactions associated with chronic diseases and individual characteristics of the body and metabolic process are also possible. At best, alcohol abuse during plasma lifting procedures will lead to severe inflammation and the development of edema. In the worst case, complications may begin; the result of the procedures in this case becomes unpredictable and may turn out to be even worse than the initial situation.

Plasmolifting - a modern skin rejuvenation technology is finding more and more adherents. Still would! After all, it excludes surgical intervention and does not involve the introduction of foreign substances under the skin. The renewal process relies on the body's own internal resources. Injections of blood plasma obtained directly from the patient stimulate cell regeneration naturally. It would seem that in this case, undesirable consequences and restrictions should be minimized.

But no matter how harmless plasma lifting is, there are still contraindications after the procedure:

  • The occurrence of allergic reactions cannot be ruled out, but they can be unpredictable. Allergies may occur due to the use of anticoagulants. They are added to enriched blood plasma to prevent it from thickening. Heparin used for these purposes can cause allergies. Metal needles of medical syringes are also flawed in this regard.
  • Care must be taken regarding needle marks. It is better not to expose small bruises to direct sunlight or to expose them to a sauna or swimming pool for several days after the procedure. Otherwise, age spots may appear.
  • Restrictions after plasmolifting apply to the use of certain medications: aspirin, analgin, antibiotics. You should refrain from taking them for two to three days.
  • It is not recommended to combine Botox injections and plasma lifting procedures. It’s better to “separate” them for at least a week. The same applies to the beauty procedure called RFlifting.

Preparation for the injection procedure also requires attention. A few days before it, you should stop taking antibiotics, aspirin and analgin. Recommendations before plasmolifting include avoiding fatty and spicy foods on the day of the procedure, a short fast before it begins (3-4 hours), and drinking plenty of fluids after completion. Do not rush to apply cosmetics on the same day.

Indications for the procedure

  • The appearance of the first natural age wrinkles. As a rule, these are women aged 35 years and above.
  • Withering and sagging skin in young girls, which can be caused by various factors.
  • Elimination of pimples and acne on the face and neck.
  • Excessive or persistent skin dryness.
  • Women whose complexion varies from light cream to grayish. This is often due to the accumulation of toxins in the body.
  • Formation of dark circles and bags under the eyes.
  • Expression wrinkles.
  • Plasmolifting is necessary for rosacea, scars, scars.
  • Loss of facial skin elasticity.
  • The procedure is necessary after operations that caused deformation of the skin.
  • Laser or chemical peeling.
  • Connective tissue elastosis or possibly decreased turgor.
  • Ptosis in the initial stage of development.

Additional advantages of the procedure

  • Safety. To carry out plasma lifting, blood sampling does not exceed 100 ml, which allows the whole body to work without disrupting the functionality of internal organs.
  • Naturalness. The potential client is injected with his own blood during the procedure, which prevents the possibility of a negative reaction and further complications.
  • Low risk. After the procedure, there are no allergic reactions, no scars, and the shortest period of rehabilitation and recovery.

The body's ability to heal itself haunts scientists. The era of longevity begins - science predicts 100–120 years of life for children born after the millennium. And, of course, everyone wants to live not only long, but also qualitatively, prolonging their active age as much as possible.

At the same time, women also want to look good, but they no longer want to inject “a lot of chemicals” into their face and body. Trying to solve this problem, cosmetologists use a lot of mesotherapy drugs - from vitamins and hyaluronic acid to growth factors and peptides. However, frequent allergic reactions force us to consider other rejuvenation options.

Platelet-rich plasma therapy is gaining popularity. In Russia, this procedure is better known as plasma lifting, in the West it is called Vampire Facia - yes, there was some blood involved. However, since the blood is yours, allergic reactions are canceled, but rejuvenation is quite real.

What it is: Plasmolifting uses an absolutely natural product from your own body, no donor “additives”. A small amount of blood is drawn just before the procedure, then the tube is placed in a centrifuge, where the blood is separated, in particular, into platelets and a clear liquid - plasma. The blood does not come into contact with air, thus maintaining complete sterility.

Initially, 60 to 120 ml of blood is taken, but for the rejuvenation procedure you will only need 3-5 ml of plasma. Platelets from the entire taken volume are pumped into such a small “piece” of plasma. The result is “enrichment” of plasma with platelets. To prevent the blood from clotting in this process, an anticoagulant must be used.

How it works: The platelets with which plasma is enriched are not simple ones. They are used primarily as packaging for several growth factors, which are sealed in special alpha granules.

Let me remind you that growth factors are proteins that can activate regenerative processes. In other words, they help the skin to “heal” and recover more effectively, and accelerate the production of new cells. Growth factors act as a stimulant to strengthen your own collagen, etc.

In the area where enriched plasma is injected, growth factors are released within 3-5 days and start regeneration processes.

The entire procedure takes about 15 minutes, is relatively painless and does not require special care afterward. The first results in the form of “freshness and radiance” will be visible almost immediately, and after 3-4 weeks you will notice that wrinkles have smoothed out and the oval has become clearer (according to the results of studies in patients, an increase in the number of collagen fibers was recorded from 46 to 89%).

For some, one procedure is enough, for others - 3-4 sessions, it all depends on the age and general condition of the skin. Face, neck, décolleté, buttocks, inner thighs, arms, scalp - you can apply it anywhere, as long as you have enough finances. After a series of procedures, you will not have to worry about your appearance for the next 2 years.

Side effects: As with mesotherapy, hematomas, short-term pain in the area where the drug was administered, and infections at injection sites are possible (however, this is practically excluded). Although this is rare, allergic reactions to the anticoagulant have been recorded.

And in the “usual case” after the procedure, patients will experience mild discomfort, erythema and swelling can last up to 2 days, but these problems can be easily corrected with cold compresses and moisturizer.

After care: Special care after injections is not required, but to maintain or consolidate the result, doctors advise using anti-aging cosmetics - serums or masks with growth factors (biocellulose masks are especially effective), creams with antioxidants and nutrients for epidermal restoration, and sunscreens, if necessary. happens in summer.

Advice: Choose a serious clinic. The chance of finding professional equipment and a specialist who knows how to work with it increases when visiting specialized cosmetology centers rather than ordinary beauty salons.

Today, plasmolifting is successfully combined with laser methods of rejuvenation, biorevitalization (hyaluronic acid is mixed with plasma and injections are performed), and chemical peels (plasmolifting after the peeling procedure). Your doctor will help you choose the best combination for you.

In general, plasma lifting is a completely natural way to stimulate the growth of new cells in the skin. It can smooth out wrinkles, improve skin tone and texture, reduce pores and acne scars. By the way, much fewer sessions will be required than with biorevitalization and mesotherapy, and the effectiveness, judging by the tests, is much higher. This procedure is especially useful for women 40+.

At all times, women strive for beauty and attractiveness that will not dry out for many years. But scientists learned not so long ago how to rejuvenate the skin without going under the knife and called this method “plasmolifting.”

Plasmolifting involves non-surgical intervention in the subcutaneous layers and effects on human skin (including subcutaneous tissues) through blood plasma. In this case, the material for the procedure is taken from the patient himself, thereby not disturbing internal processes, since the introduction of foreign material is excluded.

The effect of this procedure occurs due to injections into problem areas of the face that require special attention: wrinkles, unevenness, blemishes, and at the same time, the injection of plasma means receiving platelets, which are sources of useful substances that promote the production of collagen - the main source of skin elasticity.

The main mechanism of action of plasmolifting was borrowed from autohemotherapy, better known as “blood transfusion”.

The mechanism of action and the intended result remain the same - to force the body to work with renewed vigor, while awakening its own cells responsible for the process of self-rejuvenation of the skin.

However, the changes and clarifications developed by surgeons Zarudiy R.F. and Akhmerov R.R., created the “plasmolifting” procedure, which is valid today, which is completely legal and tested by many people.

To understand how the plasma lifting procedure occurs, you need to divide it into stages:

  1. Blood is drawn from the patient. A standard situation, no different from any other testing procedure. The amount of blood taken will depend on the “area” of the work and the number of injections. Typically, the minimum threshold ranges from 20 ml, and the maximum is about 100 ml.
  2. The resulting blood is poured into specially prepared tubes and sent to a centrifuge.
  3. note: not all blood is useful and necessary for plasma lifting. During the rotation of the centrifuge, the blood is divided into three types: plasma - blood rich in platelets; poor blood; red blood cells. Plasma is important for the procedure, since platelets are a biological accelerator for the production of collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin - such important components in which the skin becomes younger and smoother.

  4. Plasma is removed from the general composition of the blood, a syringe is filled with it and, using a needle intended for cosmetic procedures, including mesotherapy, it is injected into problem areas of the skin. In this case, the principle of direction must be strictly observed - along the line of natural stretch marks of the skin.

It is important to know, that the injection process must be fast and precise, since plasma thickens very quickly and loses its functions. Pay attention to the efficiency of the master, this is the only way you can be confident in his professionalism.

Indeed, most people who have tried to improve their skin structure using plasma and its components have been amazed at the results. In addition, many patients note other advantages:

  • The use of a biological product - the use of your plasma during the procedure increases the efficiency and accuracy of the result. Since the body’s adaptation to the injection will be quick and accurate, which speeds up the result and makes it lasting;
  • Safety – since anything that does not require surgery is safer, it is possible to hold the same opinion here;
  • Hypoallergenic - blood taken directly from the patient cannot be considered foreign, which means the body will accept it faster and the effect will be obtained in a short time and for a long time;
  • Wide range of effects - plasmolifting can be used not only on the face, but also in the treatment of koi throughout the body, including the head, saving many people from hair loss;
  • It does not cause addiction to the body - the important thing is that if after one or two procedures you are not satisfied with the effect, you can refuse such rejuvenation at any time. After some time, platelets will lose their energy and simply stop working.

Among the shortcomings, only the impossibility of performing this procedure under certain circumstances was expressed; there is a certain list of contraindications.

There are a number of contraindications that should be followed. Some prohibitions cannot be eliminated, and a person will have to come to terms with the impossibility of carrying out the procedure, others only require a certain time, for which the plasma lifting ban applies:

  • Any diseases of the blood and hematopoiesis; including changes in the norms of blood component readings;
    Allergy to components added to the blood when it is separated in a centrifuge;
  • Performing procedures using corticosteroid injections or any other injections less than two weeks before the actual procedure;
  • The use of drugs such as analgin, aspirin less than two days before plasma lifting;
    Use of antibiotics of any scope;
  • Menstrual cycle or pregnancy, including lactation;
  • Diseases of the immune system, including hepatitis of any group of origin;
  • Oncological diseases of different nature and distribution;
  • Infectious diseases, including fevers and fevers;
  • Mental and psychological illnesses that may worsen during the procedure.

If you decide to undergo a plasma lifting procedure, you should adhere to standard rules that will help the body tolerate the procedure more easily and ensure the best scenario for the development of events and the elimination of side effects.

A couple of days before the procedure, you should adhere to a salt-free diet, and also avoid eating fried and fat-rich foods.

The procedure should be carried out on an empty stomach, so try to limit yourself to mineral water only. In particular, you should not stop your diet after the procedure. It is better to finish it gradually, without harming the body.

There is no recovery period as such after plasma lifting. It is only important to be careful in hygiene and listen to the doctor’s recommendations. So, for example, you should temporarily limit yourself in the use of decorative cosmetics, and also, on the first day, refuse to visit the sanatorium, swimming pools and other places that have at least some possibility of affecting your skin aggressively.

However, it also makes sense to visit the beauty salon again after three or four months to make a correction. In total, an average of three procedures should be performed. Specifically, it is necessary to consult with a personal physician who performs the procedures and sees your skin and its imperfections.

At the end of the procedure, you will not feel anything, but your cells will be given a certain boost. This will begin skin regeneration, that is, healthy cells enriched with platelets will multiply and each time tighten the face, reduce facial changes, reduce scars and other skin injuries.

Of course, the purpose of plasma lifting is not exactly skin tightening. But due to improved metabolism, the skin improves, which means there is still a slight tightening effect.

Among the main results that are achieved with plasma lifting are:

  • improvement of skin type, cleansing of pores and hydration;
  • acquiring a healthy complexion and removing facial imperfections;
  • reduction of puffiness under the eyes and cheekbone area;
  • treatment of teenage diseases: acne, acne, increased activity of the sebaceous glands;
  • delay in the appearance of age-related changes in the structure of the skin;
  • removal of the consequences of unsuccessful cosmetic procedures, facial cleansing, consequences of acne removal;
  • smoothing out scars and other imperfections of physical impact on the face.

The resulting effect is not immediately noticeable, since it takes time for the cells to combine and begin producing useful substances. Usually the first results are noticeable after a week, and if you work on your skin constantly, the best result will be noticeable to everyone within six months.

Most complications are associated with the procedure itself, and not with the biological material, since the plasma is taken directly from the same person.

Examples of allergic reactions may include: irritation to antiseptics, the metal from which the needle is made, or the means used to separate blood into its components.

Since the procedure is still young, not all side effects have been discovered, but still plasma lifting is one of the safest biological procedures, which is aimed at helping the body regenerate the skin.

It all depends on the age and individual characteristics of the skin. It must be remembered that the number of procedures must be agreed upon with your doctor, who will independently assess the quality of your skin through examination and tests.

Usually, for girls, one visit to a cosmetologist is enough to timely maintain the condition of the skin and reduce facial wrinkles, but women over 50 years old should visit a cosmetologist three or more times.

Remember: Despite the fact that the effect of plasma lifting lasts for more than a year, you need to maintain the skin throughout the entire time, including correction.

Plasmolifting goes well with other procedures, perfectly complementing them. Thus, the use of a laser to accelerate collagen synthesis, hyaluronoplasty to increase the production of hyaluronic acid. You can also help your skin with cosmetics aimed at keeping your skin healthy, including special age creams.

It is important to combine it wisely - there is no need to apply a thick layer of cream if they do not contain those components that could be combined with plasma and platelets

The use of creams based on plasma or other similar components is ineffective. It is best to follow this procedure if you are comfortable with using plasma and its components and consider them to be the best for you.

Prices for plasma lifting depend on many factors, such as: the city of the procedure, the name of the clinic, the number of procedures and test tubes. We will give the price list of one of the Moscow cosmetology clinics without mentioning its name, so as not to provide unnecessary advertising. Using these prices, you can get an idea of the cost of plasma lifting in general.

Here are some reviews received by patients at one of the clinics:

  • Ekaterina, 35 years old:
  • I am very pleased with the procedure. I discovered something new for myself. The injections do not cause much pain, but the result is fresh skin that glows and attracts attention.

  • Daria, 54 years old:
  • Despite the fact that I am incredulous, I still decided to try this seemingly simple procedure. I have big skin problems in the neck and décolleté area. Out of curiosity, I went to the clinic and completely changed my life. Now my children and husband are proud of me, and my friends are jealously trying to figure out my loan

  • Christina, 41 years old:
  • I needed help with my hair loss problem and I found it. These are not the shampoos and gels with which advertisements are full, but my plasma. There is no need to be afraid that you will be offered some unimaginable biological or chemical means.

The main points that doctors talk about boil down to the fact that one cannot ignore the specialists who should initially be contacted: a therapist, a dermatologist, an immunologist and an endocrinologist. What is the difference between plasma lifting, PRP therapies and plasma therapy? Why are there such different prices for procedures? How long does the effect last, and does it exist at all?
After ours, you (and we!) have many additional questions. We collected them and asked plastic surgeon Olga Mikhailovna Shemonaeva from the Bios Clinic of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology

Olga Shemonaeva

GENERAL ISSUES

BI: Plasmolifting, plasma therapy and PRP therapy: what is the difference?

Olga Shemonaeva: Plasma therapy, PRP (platelet reached plasma), plasma therapy and plasma lifting are different names for the same procedure, based on the introduction of the patient’s own platelet-rich blood plasma. Plasmolifting is a patented modification of PRP therapy.

Anastasia, aazasimova21@ How to choose a specialist?

Olga Shemonaeva: The main thing is that it must be a doctor. Not a nurse, not a cosmetologist, but a doctor with a diploma who has also completed a training course in this procedure. Only he knows the correct technique: at what depth the injections are made, at what points. Therefore, do not hesitate to ask for diplomas and certificates. At the end of the day, it's your health.

Lena academka@, Tatyana koloda2000@, Victoria viktoria_delyan@: What is the difference between “expensive” and “cheap” plasma lifting?

Olga Shemonaeva: When Swiss plasma lifting came to the Russian market, its creators emphasized that ordinary centrifuges and blood collection tubes destroy the cell membranes of blood components, turning them into a mixture of crushed fragments and plasma. Because of this, the result of the procedure may be unpredictable, or even zero. But the “correct” centrifuge and test tubes will not allow this. But it is impossible to prove this. There is no statistical data or reliable research on the difference in effectiveness between Swiss, Russian or Italian plasma lifting. It happens that clinics compare the effect on patients after different types of procedures, but this is biased. Any two people initially have different skin quality and healing period. The only way to see the difference is to take one person and do half of his face with one type of plasma lifting, and the other with another. And then conduct additional research. So far no one has done this. In practice, I have not observed any difference between different types of plasma lifting in one person. So, to answer your question: in my opinion, expensive and cheap plasma lifting differ only in price.

Anastasia, aazasimova21@: How many procedures are needed?

Olga Shemonaeva: Regardless of what kind of plasma lifting you do (Swiss, Russian or Spanish - there is one), you will need 2-4 procedures with a frequency of 4-6 weeks. The effect will last for about a year.

BI: There is an opinion that the separation gel, which is present in the test tubes, can affect the blood. This is true?

Olga Shemonaeva: No. This is an inert substance that does not interact with plasma in any way, only separates it from blood cells. It is present in all test tubes. If it somehow affected the blood, all its tests would be unreliable.

Ekaterina k.mamedova@: how important are the materials – test tubes, centrifuge?

Olga Shemonaeva: Plasma therapy was originally used in burn therapy to speed up tissue regeneration. And the test tubes were the most ordinary. The point, by and large, is not in them, but in the activation of platelets. It's the same with centrifuges. It is important to be able to set the correct parameters on them (time, number of revolutions).
Manufacturers now make centrifuges so that only certain tubes will fit into them. This is a marketing ploy. Like mobile phone manufacturers who make chargers suitable only for a certain model.

BI: Is it true that the effect of plasma lifting is based on microtraumas of the skin? That is, roughly speaking, you can wash your face with a hedgehog (sterile, of course), and the result will be no worse?

Olga Shemonaeva: Indeed, there is a certain meaning in such a statement. Micro-injuries trigger the regeneration mechanism. The skin responds to aggression by actively restoring injured tissue. But the older a person is (or more weakened), the lower the body’s regenerative abilities. And in such cases, regeneration occurs not so much due to internal reserves, but due to the platelet-rich plasma that is injected into him. And along the way, useful substances, building materials for cells, enter the tissues. As a result, the skin becomes more elastic, its tone is evened out, and small wrinkles are smoothed out.

BI: That is, the older a person is, the more useless plasma lifting is for him?

Olga Shemonaeva: No. Blood plasma contains platelets, which we inject into the skin. If a person is healthy, then their number does not decrease with age.

BI: How do you know if there are enough platelets in the blood?

Olga Shemonaeva: In any healthy adult, their number is constantly in a certain range throughout life and is suitable for the procedure. With an acute lack of platelets (thrombocytopenia), a person usually has serious health problems (including internal, often intradermal hemorrhages). In such conditions, people go for treatment rather than inject plasma. But if there is even the slightest doubt, you need to take a clinical blood test.

BEFORE PLASMOLIFTING

Katya, danilova_kate@, Arianna arina.vr@: How to prepare for the procedure?

Olga Shemonaeva: Some advise following a special diet - eating caviar and oysters before the procedure, for example. I can't support this. Eat as usual. I ask you to avoid alcohol for three days - it thins the blood, which means that the likelihood of bruises will be higher. And do not come to the procedure on an empty stomach, so as not to faint due to a drop in blood pressure during blood sampling.

DURING THE PLASMOLIFTING PROCEDURE

Hek-the-fish Ann.fedosenko@ What is more painful: plasma lifting or revitalization?

Olga Shemonaeva: With both methods, drugs are administered intradermally (that is, into the skin) using injections, and with both, local anesthesia is given (anesthetic cream is used). So everything here is individual - for some, biorevitalization seems more painful, for others, plasma lifting.

Alisa allsem@: Can plasma lifting be used for hair?

Olga Shemonaeva: Certainly! For hair loss that is associated with weight loss, stress, and nervous overload, the effect will be remarkable. After pregnancy, after aggressive procedures (blonding, frequent dyeing, extensions), I also highly recommend plasma lifting. But with androgenic hair loss associated with hormonal imbalances, it cannot affect the cause.

Marussia ya-god-ka@ Plasmolifting helps with scars?

Olga Shemonaeva: How to do it on your own? The result will be barely noticeable and is unlikely to satisfy you. It is more effective to combine it with other procedures. For example, if there are post-acne scars, use laser resurfacing. The laser will remove the top layer of skin, start regeneration processes, and plasma lifting will help faster healing.

Anna timurovna@: What about pigmentation?

Olga Shemonaeva: It depends on what kind of pigmentation we are talking about. If pigmentation appears because a person neglects sunscreen, yes, this can be treated, in combination with other procedures. If the pigmentation is of hormonal origin - no. The spots will fade, but this problem will not be completely solved.

AFTER PLASMOLIFTING

BI: They say that after injections you cannot wash off the blood - you have to wait until it dries naturally.

Olga Shemonaeva: Vice versa. If it is not wiped off, the patient will then walk around covered in bruises: the blood will saturate the upper layer of the epidermis and each puncture will turn into a blue spot.

Anna anna.baryshnikova@: What is the rehabilitation like after the procedure?

Olga Shemonaeva: There is no rehabilitation as such; after 30-60 minutes, traces of injections will no longer be noticeable. Restrictions apply to the sauna, swimming pool, intense workouts - try to do without them for 1-2 days to avoid infection from the water and to avoid irritation from sweat. During the same period, it is undesirable to go out into direct sunlight, either without or with sunscreen. Just let the skin heal - and you can return to a full life.

Still have questions? Ask!

Plasma therapy is one of the most effective and safe methods of rejuvenation. Today, through microinjections of purified plasma, it is possible to cure dental and gynecological diseases, restore youth to the skin, and get rid of cellulite. However, to achieve positive results, you must follow numerous recommendations, including avoiding alcoholic beverages before and after the procedure. Plasmolifting and alcohol are incompatible! Why? Let's look into this issue.

Areas of application of plasma lifting

Purified plasma therapy is widely used in cosmetology. This technique is rightfully considered an effective way to get rid of age-related skin changes.

After the procedure, its condition and color improve, expression lines and deep wrinkles disappear, and the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid, necessary for tissue restoration, increases.

Trichology

After microinjections of plasma, the epidermis is rejuvenated and restored. Hair becomes strong and soft.

Some believe that such therapy can only be done after 25 years. However, for medical reasons, it is prescribed even to adolescents who develop alopecia due to hormonal disorders.

Platelet-rich plasma gently stimulates follicles, the condition of which determines hair growth. It has been experimentally proven that the introduction of the patient’s own plasma helps get rid of alopecia, regardless of its type.

The only difference can be in the duration of the course. A stable result is observed after 2-10 sessions.

Facelift

Plasmolifting can affect problem areas where wrinkles appear first - the area around the eyes, on the cheekbones, and around the lips. This procedure is successfully used to restore skin elasticity, as well as eliminate pigmentation and discoloration.

Thanks to this procedure, the tissues are moisturized at a deep level. The natural production of hyaluronic acid and collagen begins.

Lip correction

All women dream of having ideal facial contours, but not everyone is given them by nature. Plasma injections can make the outline of the mouth softer, more attractive and smoother.

Other effects of plasma therapy include the following:

  • smoothing wrinkles in the mouth area;
  • increasing tissue elasticity;
  • elimination of hyperpigmentation;
  • deep tissue hydration;
  • healing of microcracks.

The skin in the lip area is very delicate and sensitive. Therefore, the effect after the procedure is visible immediately.

Breast lift

Plasmolifting is successfully used to stimulate natural rejuvenation processes, restore the functions of systems and organs. It is recommended to tighten the breasts with its help at the age of 25 years.

The therapy makes it possible to quickly regenerate damaged tissue, increase the elasticity of the epidermis, moisturize it at a deep level and eliminate wrinkles. After the procedure, scars and stretch marks disappear. It slows down the aging process of breast tissue.

After a course of injections, the tone and elasticity of the skin increases. The shape of the breast is restored - it becomes more attractive and youthful. Pigment spots and scars completely disappear.

The body's reaction to injections

A full course of injections can significantly improve the condition of all systems and organs. But only if you follow the recommendations at the preparation stage and there are no contraindications.

As a result of the administration of platelet-rich plasma, the following occurs:

  1. Biologically active substances are intensively produced.
  2. Cell division and regeneration are accelerated.
  3. The rate of tissue renewal increases.
  4. Collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin are produced.
  5. Blood circulation improves.
  6. Joint pressure decreases.

Negative reactions include allergies and relapse of chronic diseases. Therefore, if they are present, the procedure is not recommended.

Why you shouldn't drink alcohol

Is it possible to drink alcohol after plasma lifting? This is a popular question on thematic forums. Taking alcoholic beverages (especially their abuse) is undesirable in any case. And especially when carrying out cosmetic procedures.

Alcohol, entering the blood, provokes a change in chemical processes in a negative direction. That is, all positive results obtained after the administration of purified and enriched plasma will be reduced to zero. In the worst case, side effects may develop.

Occurrence of side effects

Despite the relative safety of the procedure, there are some limitations. They must be adhered to.

This also applies to the consumption of alcoholic beverages that can cause:

  1. Inflammation. Ethyl alcohol, as well as its breakdown products, increase swelling (due to fluid retention in the tissues) and local redness.
  2. Violation of metabolic processes. The chemical effect of ethanol slows down cell division. This prevents them from functioning normally. Thus, the effect of the procedure will be insignificant.
  3. Reduced natural protective functions of the body. Any alcohol-containing drink reduces immunity. This, in turn, provokes the development of inflammation in the injection areas.

In addition, other undesirable reactions may occur in the form of severe forms of allergies. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to combine plasma lifting and alcoholic drinks.

Development of complications

Plasma therapy is a rejuvenating procedure that is considered hypoallergenic. And yet it can cause not only unwanted reactions, but also serious complications. The most dangerous thing is getting an infection.

As mentioned above, due to the ethanol content in alcoholic beverages, the body's natural defenses are reduced. This facilitates the penetration of pathogenic microorganisms into injection sites.

To avoid such consequences, experts strongly recommend not to do plasma lifting before and after drinking alcohol. Be responsible with your health.

Reasons for prohibiting alcohol after the procedure

Why is it prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages both before and after the plasma lifting procedure? As already mentioned, any alcohol contains substances that provoke the development of undesirable reactions in the body due to changes in biochemical and physiological processes at the cellular level.

At best, this will lead to swelling and inflammation. At worst, it can lead to severe complications. The result of plasma lifting may be completely unpredictable, and the final effect may be worse than the initial one.

Let's summarize

Drinking alcoholic beverages is contraindicated during any cosmetic procedures. Plasma therapy is no exception.

If you do not want to experience side effects and complications instead of rejuvenation and treatment, we recommend that you stop drinking alcohol 3-4 days before and for the same period after the procedure.

The best option is to stop drinking alcohol a few days before the test. In this case, undesirable consequences will be practically eliminated, and you will be able to enjoy the result.
